One product and line-item model is replacing manual re-entry across the rental, sales and quoting systems, measured against a >95% attachment target.

For a handball agency, a contract option is also a future invoice. Peopleinsport now connects the deadline, the responsible agent and the billing rate before finance has to act.

Roughly 600 contracts now carry their own deadlines, billing rules and responsible agent; approval starts automatically 60 days before an option date.

The time saving came from changing the source, not typing faster. Product copy, market pricing and ownership now begin with the same watch record.

One watch record now drives pricing, listing copy, the public website and investor access, cutting listing time from 45 minutes to 3.
